Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

• 50% due at time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is automatically charged 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival will receive a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.

Security Deposit

• A $500 security hold will be placed on your card 2 days prior to arrival.
• This is a temporary hold (not a charge) and is used to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning.
• The hold is automatically released 7 days after departure, provided no issues are reported.

Travel Insurance (Recommended)

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
• Travel insurance is offered during the booking process and can provide coverage for unforeseen events such as illness, weather disruptions, or travel delays.
